Rowena's Inn on the River is a natural work of art. Nestled amidst majestic mountains and ancient fir trees this beautifully restored English style manor overlooks the banks of the Harrison River. Manicured gardens, meandering creeks and crystal clear ponds make an ideal setting for an unforgettable wedding day.

Part of the charm of Rowena's Inn is the fascinating history it has to share with guests. Situated on land originally granted by Queen Victoria, your guests will feel transported back to a simpler time with old photos, and old water-driven pelton wheel that still generates electricity for the Inn. Set in the relatively untouched beauty of British Columbia's wilderness, Rowena's Inn will give your guests an enchanting experience with stunning views and the grounds provide a wondrous backdrop for your wedding photos.

The spectacular beauty and charm that originally welcomed many of the first settlers to British Columbia is offered to you and your guest if they choose to stay in one of our five elegantly decorated rooms at the Inn, or one of the four private cottages adding to your unforgettable experience. All overnight guests begin their day with a hearty breakfast.

To ensure this day is special and relaxing take advantage of the Sandpiper Golf Course, which is located on the same property. This Par seventy-two course provides constant variety by combining varying degrees of difficulty with breath taking views. Take accommodations and receive a special discounted golf rate.

The Pretty Estates Tent Facility features a 2400 sq. ft. tent with walls and windows.

Together with the 2009 wedding packages you should receive an Event Contract along with other additional information. Rowena's Inn requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm all bookings. The deposit shall be considered a down payment toward the total cost of the function. Upon the signature of the Event Contract, and the receipt of the above deposit, the event shall be considered confirmed.
